Jacana – Management | Training

Jacana Ltd was established in 2004 with a goal to help IFA practices optimise front and back office systems and processes. The team at Jacana specialised in providing independent advice and training on the leading front and back office systems in the UK for financial advice firms, along with outsourced income reconciliation services.

In March 2024 Jacana Ltd was purchased by A dviser Outsourcing Ltd founded by Sarah Challenor in 2015.

Adviser Outsourcing provide outsourced income reconciliation and administration services in addition to training and consultancy. Software systems covered include XPLAN and Commpay (Iress), Curo (Time4Advice), Intelligent Office (Intelliflo), Wealthcraft (Morningstar) and Plannr (Plannr Technologies). Sue continues to work with Adviser Outsourcing as a consultant.
